Where it started

Back to the beginning

It all began in 2002 with a drive to make my mark in the property world. A few credit cards gave me the means to purchase my first redevelopment project, and from there, I carefully grew my business step by step.

Then came the credit crunch. It wasn’t easy—I took a hit on a small project and quickly realised I needed to diversify. Determined to stay in construction, I combined my passion for helping developers and my knowledge of sustainability to start A.T. Solutions, a small sole trader business focused on air testing. It was a challenging start—losing equipment, scraping by on credit, and often leaving my business cards on empty building sites. But persistence paid off.

Over countless miles, sleepless nights, and plenty of hard lessons, my goal became clear: to build the leading compliance company. With a fresh mindset, guidance, and unwavering determination, ATSPACE Ltd. was born—a thriving, multi-disciplinary team delivering industry-leading results.

Today, ATSPACE boasts more 5-star reviews than any other compliance company, built on trust, referrals, and strong partnerships with major players like Taylor Wimpey and Hills Partnership. Growth has been a journey, but I’m proud of how far we’ve come—and I’m still hands-on, ready to chat about construction, compliance, or anything else where I can add value.
