New Build Commercial EPC:
If you have a commercial property, you must have an EPC. If your building is used for commercial use and is visited by the public, you will be under the commercial EPC requirement. It is valid for 10 years, which is the same as the domestic EPC. Although for commercial use, you must display your certificate in a public place to meet the requirements. If you don't, you could incur a fine! Your certificate must be kept up-to-date, this is vital to remember.
