Our client, a homeowner in Cornwall, was in the final stages of renovating a residential property. They needed urgent vent testing to ensure compliance with Part F of the Building Regulations, which relates to ventilation and air quality in dwellings. The client contacted us with a tight timeline, requesting a quote and testing to be completed within three days.
