atspace engineer with checklist

The process for an ECP is simple, and an energy assessor will comply with a calculation based on the appliances within the home.

For example, factors that can contribute to the rating include:

  • •  The type of construction

  • •  The different use of a building

  • •  Cooling

  • •  Ventilation

  • •  Heating

  • •  Hot water systems used

•  The type of lighting.

As soon as this is done, the assessor will comply with a calculation and consider further requirements for his survey. Once they have collected all the information, they can enter the information and produce an ECP.
